At Meraki by Rashmi Bajaj, every order is packed and shipped with the same love and care that goes into crafting each piece. This policy explains everything you need to know about how and when your order will reach you.
1. SHIPPING CHARGES
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and shown clearly before you confirm your order. Costs may vary based on your delivery location and the courier partner used.
- Standard Delivery: £4.99 — delivered within 3 – 4 business days
- Next Day Delivery: £7.99 — order before 11:55 AM (UK time) for next business day delivery. Orders placed after this time will be dispatched the following business day.
- Free Shipping on orders over £75 (UK)
- Standard Tracked International Delivery: £13.99 — includes full tracking so you can follow your parcel every step of the way
- Free Shipping on international orders over £250
In-Stock (Ready-to-Ship) Items-
Orders for in-stock pieces are typically dispatched within 2 business days after your order is confirmed. We do not dispatch on weekends or UK Bank Holidays.
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
• United Kingdom: 3–4 business days
• Europe: 3–4 business days
• USA & Canada: 3–5 business days
• Middle East: 3–5 business days
• Rest of World: 3–5 business days
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email. You can use this to follow your parcel in real time.
If you have a strict deadline, such as a wedding, anniversary, or special event please contact us before placing your order. We will do our best to accommodate your timeline and keep you informed throughout the process.
• UK orders: Free standard shipping on all orders over £75
• International orders: Free shipping on all orders over £250
• Free shipping is applied automatically at checkout when your order qualifies
All orders are sent in our signature Meraki packaging, carefully designed to keep your jewellery safe during transit while creating a beautiful unboxing experience.
Where possible, multiple items from one order are packed together to reduce unnecessary waste in line with our commitment to sustainability and eco-conscious practices.
If you would like individual packaging for each item (for example, as separate gifts), please let us know before your order is dispatched. Additional shipping costs may apply.
5. CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES (INTERNATIONAL ORDERS)
If you are ordering from outside the UK, your parcel may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or handling fees set by your country’s customs authority. These charges are not included in your order total and are the customer’s responsibility to pay.

Customs clearance may add to your delivery time. This is outside our control. If customs fees are left unpaid and the parcel is returned to us, shipping and handling costs will be deducted and the order will be treated as non-refundable.
6. ORDER MODIFICATIONS & CANCELLATIONS
Once an order has been placed and dispatched, it cannot be cancelled, amended, or redirected. Please double-check your delivery address and order details before confirming your purchase.
If you need to send items to multiple addresses, please place separate orders for each address to ensure accurate and timely delivery.
7. IMPORTANT DELIVERY INFORMATION

We are unable to deliver to PO Boxes.
- If your order contains both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, they will be dispatched together once all pieces are ready. If you would like the in-stock items sent sooner, we can arrange a split delivery — standard shipping charges will apply to each shipment.
- All orders require a signature upon delivery. If you request delivery without a signature, to a neighbour, or to a safe place, we are not liable for any loss or damage once the parcel is marked as delivered by the courier.
- If your delivery address is in a remote or hard-to-reach location, additional courier surcharges (ODA charges) may apply. Our team will contact you before dispatch if this affects your order. Standard shipping fees are covered by us where applicable; ODA surcharges must be paid by the customer.
- If an incorrect delivery address is provided at the time of ordering, we cannot be held responsible for any delays or failed deliveries.
- Any delivery concerns must be reported to us within 5 days of the expected delivery date.
- If a parcel is returned to us due to a missed or refused delivery, a re-delivery fee will apply before we resend the order.
We take great care in packaging your order, but in the rare event that your jewellery arrives damaged during transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. We will assess the situation and advise on the appropriate next steps, which may include a replacement or return.
Please note: if an item is returned due to faulty or incorrect item sent, we will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs. Whereas if the jewellery arrives damaged in case of a rare event during transit, we will advise you accordingly
9. YOUR RIGHTS UNDER UK LAW
This policy is written in accordance with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by anything in this policy.
